Our customer satisfaction is important to us. Since these are artisanal and perishable food products, our return and refund policy follows specific conditions in compliance with current legislation.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of:

  • perishable food products;
  • custom-packaged products;
  • products that are liable to deteriorate rapidly.

For this reason, Pulcinella Gourmet does not accept returns on food products once they have been delivered.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Delivery times indicated on the website are purely estimates and may be subject to change due to:

  • holidays;
  • weather conditions;
  • logistical issues;
  • high order volumes.

Pulcinella Gourmet is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.

WRONG ADDRESSES OR FAILED DELIVERY

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information entered when placing the order.

Pulcinella Gourmet cannot be held responsible for:

  • incorrect addresses;
  • recipient absent;
  • incomplete or incorrect information;
  • failure to deliver due to the customer.

Any reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
